At low levels accuracy is always a (very annoying) issue. However, I think that maybe that was just unlucky, as I have found the dark melee set accurate, and I know one of my friends has too.
Well i got my dark/regen stalker to lvl 10 and imo it has best accuracy or any AT ive played in the lower lvls, but until you get you powers slotted with DO`s you will find you do miss alot even when you have SO`s you can still sometimes miss 
Just search these and the US forums for threads about dark melee and accuracy issues and you will find that many players get this very same impression of dark melee being inaccurate.
However, there is an equal amount of postings by people who have put this to test and stating that the hit statistics for dark are exactly the same as for other melee sets, thus disproving that acc debuff theory.
I (and many of those testers) think that this kind of "perceived inaccuracy" might have psyhological reasons based on the kind and length of dark melees animations. (Dark Maul is a good example here because a barrage of whiffs is truly discouraging.)

Maybe it is just me, but i was almost dying on every mob with a dark stalker whilst i normally have at lesat 3/4 of health at end of one mob...
Oh well ty for ur help, one question, does anyone know of any definite stalker powerpools coming out?? i am finally thinking about making a proper main char as a stalker, i just want to check my fravourite power isn't just around the corner before i make it?
Also one thing that might be altering your perception is that if you've played a MA or Ninja Blade Stalker before, they have slightly higher base Accuracy than the other sets.
So in comparison to those, Dark Melee has lower accuracy, but to normal sets it's the same.

i haven't i mainly play a corruptor/blaster depending how evil i am feeling. Only stalker before this that i have played was energy/ninjutsu so?... i am not sure if this might have altered it a bit for me but nvm
One mob does almost kill you? Heck, that´s a serious problem. If anything, I find that my dark/dark is more durable than my other stalkers and leaves normal one-mob-battles almost unscratched.
You do not open fights with Dark Maul, do you? That would be quite a bad idea.

i open using the other attack....2nd in group, srry i forget, but yes, 1 mob of two 'white' people almost killed me, i had to use a heal inspiration as well.....
In this case my diagnosis reads something like this: "patient suffers from an extreme case of bad luck, application of lucky charms recommended, prescription: 300g of pork and one ounce of chimney sweeper".
Sorry, but unless you fell asleep during the fight there is absolutely no way for this to be a "normal" outcome of such an encounter. Before AS I found it quite challenging to kill orange mobs with my dark/dark, but whites and yellows fell that fast that I almost thought I was playing in god mode.

Yeah, that just has to work! Borrow some of the leprechaun´s luck and smite your enemies with the mighty pot of gold!

dark melee has crappy acc..so does energy melee...but like someone said most sets have +acc which DM and EM don't have and for some reason they really ARE noticable
Or does a dark powered stalker miss a lot, i hit 1/5 times, i am only lvl 4 atm so i can't really boast accuracy very much, anyone else found this to be the case?
