Back in the beta you just lost the prestige, when you changed your base plot.
if you go from basic plot to 1.1Mp plot then to 3.3Mp plot i believe it costs a total of 4.4Mp, if you go from 1.1 > free > 3.3 do you save 1.1 Mp? i don't think this is very fair : /

No, you get the prestige back if you downgrade to smaller plot first. ie. Same cost both cases. And if you buy a bigger plot on top of a big plot you only have to pay the difference in their costs apparently.
Psst. you can test this and other things at test server, cause we still get the 36 million prestige auto when we make a new SG on test server.

Ok so say the plots are 0 (the usual one), 1.1, 3.3.
Is it 1.1 to buy first one, then only 2.2 to buy the next one from that? Or do you need 3.3 but it only takes 2.2 anyway?

If the base's plot is downgraded, will the SG recoup the difference in prestiege spent on the bigger plot?
For example:
SG has spent 3.3 million to buy the "Hidden Spot".
If the SG downgrades plot to "Small Hidden Spot" (costs 1.6 million) will they get 1.7 million prestiege back?
