yea.. i was being honest and sincere.. check my post linked above 
Hmmm... a Hero's Tomb style decoration would be neat... you know the idea, right? A stone plinth with an effigy of the burried hero resting upon it. Add a flag and a couple of torches, and you've got a very nice memorial where you can pray to the spirit of leaders long gone, perhaps gaining their wisdom and advice...
Or you could just e-mail them, I suppose. 
Ah, my apologies. What I'm mainly wondering, though, is if I can make one, in the base, currently?
You could improvise one, I suppose, with various pieces... but a memorial plaque/statue/whatever? No, not at the moment.
Nope not doable at them moment as people have said but i imagine you should be able to get a recreation room set up to look something like a crypt if you messed about with the lighting and some of the arcane room decor maybe...

Bah - so no suitable pieces? 
You could set up something pretty cool using the Spiritual Advisor (floating statue) piece, but:
(a) it has to be crafted and
(b) can only be placed in an Arcane control room, which limits your other base options somewhat.
Turning a small room into a Garden of Remembrance with trees, big Arcane archway, the large stone block or multiple large mossy blocks for the tomb and a couple of torches - plus LOTS of SG banners - might work. If you do something, post it up...

Oh yeah! I forgot about the Spiritual Advisor... actually, I think there's another Arcane Control bit that would work, too...
But they all suck. Which is probably why I didn't think of 'em.
You'd need to have ludicrous ammounts of spare Prestige to either A) Set up a sepparate control-room just for the memorial, which would require you to be using a 'secure' plot or B) Make a control-room big enough to have room for BOTH your necessary control-objects, AND the Memorial, while also allowing for the memorial taking up one of your auxilliary slots...
I'm not sure whether this is something you'd like or whether you would just consider it to be cheesy...
...one of our coalition VGs has the initials of their chief characters (I assume) written on the walls of their base by using small Wall Details (small circular grills, I believe)...

Customizeable signs would be ace... handy for, for example, setting signs at storage-bins such as "Arcane Salvage Only" or "No TO's!" or "Only for Medium or Large Inspis (Awakens excepted)"
...of course, I'd also be tempted to mount a sign at the 'Oracle' cauldron, reading "There's no 'P' in our Viewing ool. Please keep it that way."

More seriously I'd love to be able to have heavies in the base, that would rock.
They should add a heavy control room (3 sizes) allowing you to place one, two and 3 heavies respectively. I mean come on, defenders have gotta have some serious hardware in base raids.
And those robots are so cool.

You already CAN get Heavies during base defence... by getting the Temp Power from RV. Hard as hell to get, but it's pretty sweet...
ah yes, technically true but those are "mini" heavies... I want the full fat version!

Currently, as a temporary thing, I'm using the SG holograms. With a bit more prestige though, I think I'll remove a section of the meeting room to make a garden thing - I'll try to get some pictures up when I do it, which should be soon

As part of the reforms I am doing to my supergroup, in the new base I want to include memorials to former great fellow leaders of it who have now passed away from CoH, Annoying Thing and Tribal Black. Does anyone have ideas of how to go about making these memorials?
