Not that I know of, at least. Just gotta add enough telepads to accommodate all beacons.
Seven beacons currently in Paragon (leading to zones which need minimum level access,) and six in the Rogue Isles. The beacon for Faultline is mostly useless at present (though the zone may be getting a revamp in near future.) So a teleport chamber which fits three-four telepads will be able to house all your beacons.

The Raid telepad is a separate kind of telepad ... for the base raids and is quite large. You can get tp rooms big enough to house more basic telepads in less rooms.
Currently having a BASIC tp suggests, I say suggests, more advanced tp's may arrive or were at least considered during concept.
I have 2 small tp rooms at present which cover all the hazard zone beacons so far.
I used the Faultline one by accident once and didn't know where I was because i had never delved that deep in that zone in the 2 times i'd been there before!

the largest tp room lets you fit in a raid teleporter and 4 other teleporters allowing you to attache beacons to all 7 currently beaconed zones...
