Phoenix Phalanx Rules
Joining
Anyone can simply ask to join the supergroup, via contacting a member. They will then be referred to our website by an Adjutant or above, asked to register, and, then, once I or another high ranking member have confirmed this registration, they will be invited. However, sometimes, after teaming with a non-member, they will be offered entry to the SG. These members will begin at Rank Two (Full Member) while non-referred members begin at Rank One (Probationary Member) and are promoted after a short trial period. The current members who can recruit are: @Firestorm1, @Techrat, @Power Line
Activeness
Members of the supergroup are required to have at least one character active. If the account is inactive for over 25 days without prior notice or exception, they will be removed from the supergroup. If I or another member am notified beforehand, such as a planned holiday, then you will not be kicked, unless it is an extremely long holiday.
Rankings
Rank One (Probationary Member): This rank is automatically obtained upon entry via standard request. Member Listing: Ultimatia, Samu Rei, Rad Radiatron, Obsidian Fang, Jette, Invisible Storm, Frigia1, Dee Dee, Crystal Kinetic, Chalana Arrow, Akira Bladestorm, Airazor.
Rank Two (Full Member): This rank is obtained by entry via referral, or at the end of the trial period given to standard recruited members. Member Listing: Syro, Syrena, Spike Fury, Silent Star, Mumbo Jumbo, Mr Inertia, Horny Toad, Frozen Depths, Flamin Nora, Energy Leech, Doctor Science, Control Queen, Charel, Bubble-Woman, Antauri, Acta Sanctorum.
Rank Three (Adjutant): A difficult to obtain rank, this is granted by selection from the current members of this rank or higher. The criteria looked at are being active, helpful, and, due to the ranking requirements, whether you are a good leader. Member Listing: Mach2
Rank Four (Lieutenant): Slightly over Adjutant, it is obtained in mostly the same way, only the requirements are higher. These people are long standing members - I know all of them by memory. Member Listing: Techrat, Power Line, Empathy Archer.
Rank Five (Commander): A very rare rank. Only granted in special circumstances, and to long-standing active members. Member Listing: Firestorm1
Special Ranks: Sometimes inactive members are left in the SG as a homage to them for assisting it. The current members in this position are @Annoying Thing and @Tribal Black - both founding members and leaders of the supergroup.
Rank Requirements:
All ranks are required to be in SG mode pre-L25, as well as attend compulsory SG events (unless noted beforehand). However, some also have particular standards.
Probationary Member: None
Full Member: None
Adjutant: Recruit, teach new members the SG rules.
Lieutenant: Recruit, teach new members the SG rules, run SG events.
Regulations:
1.) Do not killsteal, powerlevel (unless for a *very* good reason, such as account/character loss) or grief in any manner
2.) Do not steal from the SG vaults for salvage, enhancements or inspirations. Usage is permitted obviously, but do not take them just for having them
3.) Be polite and helpful to everyone at all times.
4.) Be active

Probationary Member: None
Full Member: Can add to storage, can take from storage, can pay rent, can enter base, can join in SG missions.
Adjutant: Can promote members, can demote members, can invite members, can attend council meetings, can enter restricted forum areas.
Lieutenant: Can schedule arena events, can change MOTD, can schedule raids, can edit motto, can take part in council meetings.
Commander: Can do anything

Hello always good to see a new SG starting up from all us at the 1AT good luck with it. 
Not technically a new SG, we've been around quite a bit, but I'm changing and expanding it a lot, we need a lot more active members :P

One of the toughest things to manage, activity. New Blood Rebellion were one of the bigger SG's for over a year and it's been REAL tough to keep us active in last 4 months due to
- Allowing too many alts
- Founding members finally leaving the game
- People moving to CoV
Good luck with keeping it going as I know how hard it is to revive an SG
Thanks for the support, people I think it'll get revived, but it'll take a bit. We get a few real gems every few recruits.
Ok, I have the base pictures - but two questions. 1.) How do I remove the trays and stuff? 2.) How do I get them up here?

Phoenix Phalanx is a SG on Union that has been around for quite a while, but has recently been reformed. We aim to be active, helpful and have regular events - for example, one of our members recently helped start thing off in the KR Paladin event.
