Like the toggle drop nerfs didn't destroy pvp enough yet

It didnt (notice sarchasm). It just made a whole AT suddenly disappear from PvP

Propably only those who wanted it easy playing overpowered blappers.. Didnt make my blaster leave pvp. Im just PvEing currently to get to 50.

But on-topic, the debt-change is definitely a bad one, judging from my experiences in the zones recently. Debt is now unavoidable and automatic addition to pvp. Anybody taken look at recluses victory? PvE mobs are EVERYWHERE. Sirens and warburg are almost as bad. Totally stupid. I cannot understand where Cryptic is going with this change.

Well, it seems blappers was the way to go. Since i7 came out I just fought a blaster so far . Dunno if they were overpowered or not before, that is a matter of opinion, but i do think they are heavily underpowered atm

my blapper/stalker still terrorize pvp zones 7 and arena

Its a pain for illu trollers tho with only 1 real single target mez move (blind>.&gt.

I'd say keep the blasters nerfed and give trollers/stun based stalkers their toggle drop

Has there been any red name post in the US forum about this explaining how it works?

If the debt is worked out on damage inflicted by NPC's before a death, does that mean it's possible to get a full 100% debt from a player kill?

Here's what I mean.

Player A takes 50% damage from NPC and is then healed
Player A takes 50% damage from NPC and is then healed
Player A takes 100% damage from player B

To address this point specifically: That behavior would be a bug. Damage tracked expires as you heal or regenerate. So if you took 99% damage from an NPC, healed it all back, and then took 100% damage from a PC, you would get zero debt.

That was the way it was desinged, and if it's not functioning that way, then it is a bug, and will be fixed.
