Get the toHit debuff out of zombies, it only affects one power.
Tar patch doesn't need that much slow IMO.
DN wants two end reducers.
Don't slot health, it's not worth it with a self-heal.
Slot shadow fall 1/2 end 3 res 0-2 def, in that order.
Soul extraction wants recharge, 2 to make perma, 3 to stack.
Aid other even when you have twilight grasp? If you really want it, at least give it decent amount of slots.
DS needs 3 rech to perma.
Give dark embrace one EndRdx.
Soul tentacles could use damage
Don't bother slotting acro, 6-slot your PPP hold however.
Also, I suggest you swtch the power order so that you have SJ at L14, it's very good if you need to malefactor down.

To me the important thing is getting the slots in the right place as I can swap the SO's around as infamy is not an issue anymore, I might change to TP as my travel power if they fix it. That will come with the next respec.

I don't find it that high cost on my Bot/Dark with just a single EndRdx (and the 3 ToHitDebuff SOs of course), but then the only other toggles I run are Assault and Shadow Fall, plus I have Stamina. YMMV.

Yes, Howling Twilight is fantastic - even with just a Recharge SO in basic slot it's there when I need it. I hardly ever use it as a rez - mostly it's my "panic button" because it's an auto-hit area disorient (it debuffs too, for longer than the disorient lasts). It can be quite handy if you've just used Fearsome Stare to control one spawn for your pets to kill, but then an ambush runs in or you aggro another spawn - or even if you just want to neutralise a threat from several mobs while your pets kill them safely (e.g. if you have a spawn with multiple Spec-Ops - those EMP grenades are so annoying). It's a real life-saver.

I have 2 Accuracy and 2 Recharge in my DS - he's definitely getting a 3rd Recharge and, if I can spare it, a Hold Duration too. That's because when I see him use his Petrifying Gaze on a boss I throw in my PG as well to stack it (can't wait to get my PPP hold too).
I mainly use my DS as a decoy to take alphas on boss spawns (poor DS) or to keep Elite Bosses occupied when solo - I summon him next to them and his aura will debuff & taunt them. My DS seems a lot more durable than my bots as he likes to spam his heal, and with the accuracy SOs it usually hits, so that's probably another reason he holds aggro so well against EBs/bosses (even while my bots are kicking out major damage).
In a full team against Numina last night I summoned my Dark Servant right next to her so his heals kept our brutes topped up and his debuff aura stacked with my Darkest Night on her. However against Numina solo (as an EB) I summoned him into the doorway that the ambushes came through - he tanked several spawns of Longbow in the 3mins it took my bots to deal with her. So he's quite a handy little blob, however you use him

2 regharge reduction = permanent ability to use power i.e. by the time soul extraction (ghost) dissapears you will have the ability to use the power again, Perma
3 regharge reduction = stacked = ability to use the power before the 1st soul extraction (ghost) dissapears. So not one but 2 ghosts out, Stacked

I have swapped some powers for others that I seldom use and feel I would get more advantage from the ones I have replaced them with, I wonder if those amoung you can (from your own experience) note those changes. Possibly hard to do if ya don'y know my first config, but it is possible if ya know the limitations/expectations of /dark.
CLUE: Big power that needs hasten against AV's is - regen? Which will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
Feel free to comment before I explain my choices.
Enhancement selestion was not done in the order of leveling more as an after thought but SO's are as wiil be per my current lvl 42 respec which equals free lvl 45 SO's at the end of the day.
