Hello, I'd like to verify some information that I think is correct
1: When you exemp down to a level for Sirens, do all the SOs get downgraded to DOs?
2:When you exemp down, do you still keep the slots that you put in after the level you've exemped to?

Thanks in advance

1) No they would stay as Single Origins - thus if you fighting with dual origins you are at a severe disadvantage.

2) Yes you keep your slots which is why higher level toons tend to have an advantage of those lower than them.

1: Yes, and no. They arent set as DOs, but they do decreas in efficiency. When you exemplar down, your powers wont recharge nearly as fast, you wont run as fast, you wont have the same mez protection (presuming you have any).

There are a lot of caps -the maximum or minumum you can reach in the game. The cap for running speed is higher at lvl 50 than it is at lvl 14. At lvl 14 you need 3 SO's in SS to reach the cap, at lvl50 you need 2 SO's to reach the cap. The same goes for almost any kind of power in the game. You cant give a simple yes and no answer, because it changes from power to power.

2: Yes, you keep the slots.

Im not sure if anyone has any hard data as to how much the exemplared players are reduced in efficiency.. MaX claimed that it is possible to end up weaker than the normal players of that lvl..

No official reply as of yet. From what i've been reading on the US forums though, it is bugged.

When exemplaring down on Extremus I've always felt considerably more viole-... powerfull than any other toon actually at that level.

Back in the Pre-ED days, I remember basically one-shotting mobs at around level 16 (exemp from 50) to help out an SG mate clear a hunt mission a bit above him.

Not sure on the state now, from what I've read the Enh's are being a bit hinky. But there's always been speed/efficiency drop off with powers as most scale with level. The biggest being Fly.
