Not to shaby. I'm sure you had to do some compromises to the dutch version. For those of us that do know a bit of dutch could you post that version of it? I know there's something about not being allowed to use different languages but I dont see how it could hurt in a case like this. Maybe PM bridger before posting it but would really like to read the original version.

Zomer koelte
Heb lekker airco op kantoor, dat is wel fijn,
op 't moment wil ik even niet thuis zijn.
Met dertig graden in de hete zon.
Blijf ik liever ook weg van 't balkon.
Zomer is leuk, als ik kijk naar de mooie meisjes,
liggend op 't strand in bikini en ze eten ijsjes.
Wanneer de avond komt rond een uur of tien,
zakt de zon langzaam weg en kan je de sterren zien.
De nachten zijn warm en je zweet je kapot,
soms zou je willen dat de zomer meteen stopt.
Als de ochtend nadert en je uit je bed drijft.
Kruip je langzaam overeind terwijl je de slaap uit wrijft.
Snel onder de ****** en even op frissen.
even onbijten en 't weerbericht niet missen.
Twee en dertig graden naar welke zender ik ook zep.
Ben ik toch blij, dat ik op 't werk airco heb.

Summer Coolness

At the office the airco is running in high gear.
Don't want to be home now, way to hot you fear.
Thirty degrees in the glowing sun.
Getting into the light just isn't fun.
Summer is fun when you look at the girls.
lying on the beach eating icecream and swirls.
As the evening arrives around ten o'clock.
stars begin to show as the sun begins its drop.
The nights are warm and you sweat a lot,
at this point you'd wish the summer had stopt.
When morning comes and you float out of bed,
You slowly crawl up with your clothing all wet.
A quick shower to prepare for the day.
some breakfast while the TV shows the weather's play.
Thirty two degrees shows every channel on there.
Your glad that at work, the airco cools the air.
