Planned stormie build
id say get rid of mind over body, the res aint that good tbh :d replace with sommert random, not sure u really want kick, but if ure in need of extra powers, maybe tp pool, medicine pool etc?

It's not really that I have extra powers, it's that I'm a mad suicidal defender who enjoys melee and wants some melee attacks. Kick looked good. Medicine pool I'd only open to get Aid Self, and not enough room for that.
If mind over body isnt that good, I'll go power mastery to get total focus

I'd make sure I had 3 x rech reds in Freezing Rain, and replace an end red in Lightning Storm for a rech red, but other than that the Storm aspect of it looks good.
The endurance cost on HeroPlanner of storm scared me, so I threw end reds at it to make it go away. Then again, it would best to have the powers come around again sooner. It dont matter, as long as the slots there I can always change the enhancement.

I don't run hasten on my stormie and with 2 rechrdx in Lightning Storm it is permanent. I haven't worried about endurance for a long time and get away with just 1 endred in every storm power. My end is normally 50-75% at the end of a fight with stamina and I give away cabs like candy to blasters and scrappers.
I think it must have been the endurance changes that came with I6 because I always remember my stormies struggling with endurance and now both of them have no problems at all.
Thaught id try and lend a hand as best i could, i also have a stormy, with sonic attacks and im 35 now, just respec'd and this is wot ive got, u can change the attacks to wot u want if u decide to go thru with this:

Is, maybeit'd be better to replace those defbuffs in Steamy Mist with resistbuffs, as the defence aspect in the power is negligable. I also recommend putting a second accuracy in Thunderclap.

Hey folks,
I've started up a stormie, and am enjoying it. Plan to take it into PvE and PvP when possible, and so would like to know people's thoughts on the above planned build (dont want to start messing things up too soon ).
I'm wondering if I have gone overboard on the end red enhancements in some of the stormie powers. Advice on which powers to slot when would be appreciated too
