Yep - low level characters can really help the upper levels by letting them pop in to grab the exploration badge 
i will join i am lvl 23 now and will anounce in the channel when i get my mayhem mission
BTW: is this the server badge hunting channel?
Can someone tell me who gives ya this mish ? so i know wat to look out for please
Yeah, or at least, it's ONE of them... the most used one, though.
I'm already a member, and I'll be sure to announce my Mayhem missions when I get 'em with my level 25... the more the mayhemmer! :P
Mayhem Missions are the new Hiests.
You get one from your broker for every 3/5 newspaper mishes.
There's one to most Paragon City zones.
Each zone has a explore badge needed for accolade.
Unfortunatly the zone your sent to depends on your level (e.g.5-10 Mayhem's will be set in Atlas), so us higher levels have to team with you to get badge
Also there are signature heroes in Mayhem Missions (the description should tell you who), but it's not known if you fight them you get badge etc.

I'm not keen on badges, but I am keen on the ones that improve your character!
+5% HP is not to be sniffed at With Villain Accolades you can easily get to +15%
the ones in bold i need, i also need the exploration ones but i can get them, if anyone has these missions or would need my help so i can do a debt badge or something it'd be helpful thanks

Have a look at the Prima Guide - the maps for the Mayhem Missions are on there, along with the locations.
Also, seriously good as it lists all the Accolade badge requirements.

i tried, but i can never get all the pages open at once, and i'd get bored opening them seperatley
