You won't get the respec from the first one if you've already chosen that as a reward from it. If that's the case you'll have to wait until level 34.
EDIT: You'll be able to do it now seens as you're level 45.
I baccarac wish to redo the 1st respec as we still get the respec out of it (so i believe) and i need one fast 2 do some of my powers again!
