Something Random Spine/Regen
a few things i'd change you'll need 2 accuracy mods in Assasins max, and i'd stick 3 damage in there and possibly a recharge, build up needs to be a lot earlier as it goes hand in hand with AS and is every stalkers Signature attack, (in Pve anyway), again you'll only need 2 acc mods in your other attacks as well. i'd take integration as soon as it's available as well as it gives you a lot of protection which you will need before 22 where you have taken it.
I wouldnt bother with acrobatics either as you have integration. Resiliance is pretty week and not 100% neccessary, and isn't worth slotting any further than the 1 slot that comes with it.
I'd also recommend testing MoG on the test server before you take it as it's a very situational power, personally I dont like it as used wrongly you'll be very dead very quickly and i prefer a least some element of control if i'm close to death.
Assault and Tactics will only be of use to you if your going to PVP in Warburg ultimatley, and your going to be fighting other stalkers and i'm not sure how good spines/regen will be in PVP, regen isnt typical in a stalker's pvp build. I could suggest more but it's 2.20 am and i'm knackered lol
Don't take Maneuvers, the Def buff is so tiny for a stalker, the slots could go to better use else where.
intergration needs slotting with heals x3
reconstruction should be 3 recharge 3 heal
fast healing is a skipper if you need the power slots.
6 end reds in stamina ? only need 3
drop maneuvers/acrobatics and get boxing or kick and tough and keep resilience 3 slotted.

Moved integration lower.
Left Stamina at 6endred's, since I think there's no need to put the slots somewhere else. Also 6endred'ed endurance gives roughly 0.5end/s more. faster endurance regen imho is always good.
Left in Acrobatics, though could switch for MoG.
Could move some slots to swipe, lunge and impale, though what to put in them.
Also swapped fly with teleport which imho is a better longrange transportation power.
Placate moved to level 22, which i regret a bit. But there's nothing realy that I can do about it.
Swap Impale and Ripper maybe? Not sure if there's any difference.

Also since I have superjump for normal traveling, would Teleport pool be better than the fly one?
