I thought it was under the hydra's body so you only can get it if you defeat it.

It's kind of under the hydra, yup. If you just run at the hydra from all the directions, you'll get it. I have it on Tech, even though I haven't managed to be on a team that takes it down yet

Yes, too bad about the levels. At least people who were there for the badges got those. I for one an definitely going back when I hit 40, though. At least next time I'll know what to do.

its fixed lvl spawn yeah, and stealth is possible though some crates are harder to get than others (thanks to drones), but in the end you only need the particles anyway.
