No. Corruptors have lower damage than Blasters across the board - I've heard Corruptor damage quoted as being about 75% of Blaster damage.
Yep 75% base is what I seem to remember too, but when you factor in Scourge it's probably a bit higher than that in reality. Especially with multiple scourges from your AoE's like Fire Ball and Fiery Breath.

But of course blasters have defiance and build-up so I suspect the result will be that corruptors end up as less than 75% of blaster's damage potential.
Main Hero: Mazey - level 50 + 1 fire/fire/fire blaster.
Main Villain: Chained Bot - level 50 + 1 Robot/FF Mastermind.
BattleEngine - "And the prize for the most level headed response ever goes to Mazey"
Build Up is in the blaster secondaries (and not even all of them). So if you count in Build Up, you also have to factor in whatever buffs/debuffs corruptors have in their secondary.

Yes but almost all of those buffs are like defender buffs and so can only be cast on team mates, and build up is in all but one of the blaster secondaries.
