Don't know about you but this is how I would do it.
EDIT: One more TH_Buff in Build Up!
And why only ONE DefBuff in Maneuvers... well..
Hasten = 3 Rchrge
Divine Avalanche = 2 recharge, 3 DefBuff
so you'll be doing divine a lot.
Looking at the regen side of things on that build, take out the 4th slot from Quick Recovery and put another recharge in Dull Pain. Also, Integration doesn't really need one endrdx, let alone 2.
You'll want to put 3xEndRdx in Focussed Accuracy, it uses a ton of end. There's little point getting Tactics as you'll have Focussed Accuracy anyway which provides a better ToHit buff (not sure about +perception). There's little point getting Maneuvers, it's such a tiny boost for Scrappers. Might be worth trying to slip MoG in there (slotted 3xDefBuff, 3xRecharge until I7).
This is my build at the moment. I've been really happy with it, although I would never say it's the best possible one. It's a high level respec build, designed to run Focused Accuracy only when needed. In very long fights I can run out of endurance with Tough and Focused Accuracy running. If I redid it now I might do some small tweaks, mainly take off the extra damage resistances in Resilience and defbuffs in MoG (because of the I7 def changes) and add some recharges in the early attacks to have a more complete attack chain when exemplaring under level 32. I might leave some slots in MoG for recharge, although it tends to be up when I need it. I don't use it a lot. Possibly also put a third endurance reduction in Tough.
Anyway, go with your guts really. Kat/Regen is a strong combo and if you slot the primary and secondary well you can't really go very wrong with any pool powers. Take ideas from others' builds, then come up with your own.

Hey, as states above, i was wondering if anyone could state the best choice of build for a katana/regen. mine is lvl 45, and ive been through about 3 different builds. One with fighting, one with leadership and one with normal stuff :P But ive never found the perfect match. I must say, *normal stuff* worked the best, but i was wondering if it could get an better. Anyone posts appreciated.
