Energy Melee/Ninjitsu build

Hey guys,

well I've never (seriously) rolled a stalker, but am thinking of doing it now. However, I am actually quite uncertain as to how to pick my powers and mostly enhancement slots. I would really appreciate some advice on this build:

Things I'm uncertain about: I'm slotting Bonesmasher at a very high lvl...is this a bad idea?

The 3 dam-1 acc-2 rech I have on AS, TF and ET. Is this proper slotting for a stalker? Do I need the 2 rech, or could I replace one with an end reducer.

Is stamina a must? I'm skipping caltrops and blinding powder this way, and am not sure if this is a good idea. I also am not sure if I should get smoke flash at 35, would one of the 2 above named powers be better?

Is my build up slotting reasonable or just overkill? And how about Kuji-in Sha? (my selfheal)
Any other advice would also be greatly appreciated

take out rech red from total focus and ET and put end red coz those 2 power eat end alot. And put some dmg enh in energy punch. Smoke Flash need more acc to wrok properly. AS should be 3dmg, 2acc,1 rech.

it depend how you intend to play it. if you will hit and run so fitness is not needed. for longer battle you will need need or you will need a end reduc in each attack.

if i were you i would take call trop (very usefull for heros taht flee)

i would take blinding powder instead of smoke flash
here is why: (read and choose)

"Smoke Flash - PBAoE Placate. Sounds good at first, yet has a lot of issues. First of all, this does not pseudo-hide you - meaning it can only be used as an escape means and not offensively. Second, it is an AoE attack which means it is not as accurate. Third, it has long activation time. All that considered, I think an additional travel power choice or Phase Shift or even simple defensive power might be a better investment in terms of escape. If you do decide to take this, you want to 3 slot is with ACC most likely.

Blinding Powder - An arc AoE attack that is essentially a confuse and a sleep in one. However, I am not sure if the confuse on it works properly - even after numerous Arena tests. Regardless, Sleep is what makes the power nice in first place anyway. This is a good power to have - especially considering that it is ranged and EM is melee-only set, so it compliments extremely well. It is very nice to have an offensive capability from a Stalker secondary - a ranged sleep, no less, at that. However, due to its AoE nature, it is not too accurate, so it needs to be slotted with 3 ACC to be effective in PvP. I suggest taking BP if you can."

Blinding Powder is much better then Smoke Flash

actualy blinding powder and smoke flash are 75% acc right out of the box .. i've tried both and never slotted more than 1 ACC in each and have not had any problems.
I would slot 2 in each for pvp tho but never 3.
Oh and the animation time on smoke flash isn't that long.

Things I dislike about this build:
Getting my travel power at 16. I thought long and hard about this, but I see no other way. Every power before it is critical, and delaying them would suck. So 2 more lvls walking is, I fear, the only option.
Getting my ranged +def toggle at lvl 10...I have a feeling this may hurt a bit, but on the other hand, it shouldn't be too bad. And heck, debt doesn't kick in until lvl 10 anyways
As for the enhancements in TF and ET, I'll see if I wanna give it a recharge or an end redux when I get them. At least I have the 6th slot available for it (currently assigned to rech)
Any thoughts?

put one more rechg in heal so the heal is rechg every 30 sec. 3recg and 3 heal it best way to slot Kuji-In Sha.

Sounds good, shouldn't be too hard to pull a slot somewhere.

Out of curiosity, with 3 recharge enhancements, will Kuji-in Rin (mez protection) be perma? Or will there be a downtime?

For what its worth, my EM/SR stalker is 15th now. I have Hide and the melee defensive power only and I'm not having any problems (died once getting held by a Lost boss).

I find most defensive powers are not really worth it below lvl 20, they don't make a great difference until you can slot them with SO's.

Also, EM is an end-hungry set and you'll never be able to run Hide and two other defensive toggles and then melee for more than 30 seconds and if you're only fighting for short periods of time as most stalkers do then what's the point of running defensive toggles constantly.

Mind you, I do use Air Superiority in my attack chain and combined with the disorients from EM, I find mobs spend a lot of time getting up off the floor or wandering aimlessly , but at least they're not attacking me.

Believe me, you won't need your defensive toggles until later, but that travel power means you will level faster, especially if you plan to ghost a few defeat missions for quick xp.

Getting Combat Jumping at 10, SJ at 14, and Danger Sense at 16

If your wanting to PvP with a stalker not getting Stealth is almost certainly a mistake. Even if you get invis from a friend stealth will get you to your cap and without it many players wil see you.

PvE though it doesnt really matter .

With 3 even level Recharge SO's you'll get an overlap of 5-8 seconds
