For spines, the attacks I would reccomend are:
Lunge
AS
Impale
Ripper
Thoose are the only attacks I have, my stalker is built for PvP.
As for ninj, check out other posts in this forum, lots of ninj tips around.

Placte and build up are attacks (well, ok, placate is but it does no damage)?

Well ofcourse BU and Placate, but I don't really consider them attacks. More like a buff and a debuff 
I wanted to know what the best stalker line up was, but i got lots of different opinions so i just followed my head. I ended up with a Spine/Ninjitsu stalker. I would like to know 2 things.
, or do i need to remake the second power set (id like to keep spines)
1. Is this a good build
2. Whats the best build plan out for the above build combo (e.g Spine/regen - best build is lvl 1. -> lunge)
