Same if they turn on ss then they can run. think it's a bug.
Did try the other day to use a web Grenade and did hold him
then he simple turned ss on and run.

Just started my Fire/Dev blaster and noticed that if you press one off the direction keys and a turning key at the same time you dont get rooting anim from web grenade (e.g. a+e or d+q).

Is this a known fact and working as intended?
Edit: Mucking about some more it seems many powers are similar when you press enough keys at the same time, who needs whirlwind?
