Server Wide Pentad Tournament - Sunday 23rd

It was indeed a fun event to behold and one that can only be improved up once they add arena terminals to Pocket D so the teams can mix in one location.
I will likely post a review of the event and the final along with a metric butt load of cherry brand stats at some point if the organisers don’t object I don’t wish to step on their toes if they already plan to do this.

Gratz to all the teams that took part and stuck with it even when the going got tough and anyone that enjoyed the event and would like to take part in more pvp or would like advice on it I suggest getting an invite to the union server pvp channel where fights are formed and champions made

And also alternate weeks on the test server on Monday nights there is an international pentad pvp night so if you enjoyed it and feel your team would like a second outing come along and meet some of the friendliest pvpers from the French and German servers, oh and some people from defiant come to

OK, I've had some feed back from a few people regarding this and it seems there was mix up on the format change for the villain side.

All of the hero teams were asked about the change of format and agreed it but it seems a few teams were left out of the loop over on the villain side. Apologies for that.

Moving on, I'd like this thread to be used for commenting on the actual format and organisation of the pentad, rather than the tactics used. The reason for this is that I will be opening a seperate thread in the PvP forum for discussions on the actual tactics so would prefer people to post in there.

Dr Death also made an interesting discovery while all this was going on and has sent some numbers to Bridger about a flaw in the SK/Exemp system for arena. I know a couple of the Villain teams involved were actually below the level range and one lvl 35 was getting faceplanted more than a couple of extra slots should have made the difference on. Once he has feedback he will be posting the results but it looks like there is a huge bug involved that makes even a 1 or 2 level difference in arena fights a major factor.

Getting the team together as quick as we did was nice, and a big thanks to all the guys who fought with me.

Kudos to Kinslayer for organising it, perhaps i'll do the next one when i hit 50 and can put up more of a fight

Well done to all who took part, ive made my statement about organising the event on the thread on villans and carnt be botherd to right it al out again.

But thank you kinslayer in helping me set it up and spending four hours with me sorting things out and making sure they ran smothly.

As ive said on the other thread im thinking of doing another tourny, exactly the same lay out but seperating heros and villans and having them on different days so ppl can take part in both. Give me some feed back plz if would be interested.
