Just transfered from US sever to here, hi
the SG your looking for would be the 1AT coalition.
Its SG with each only allowing one type of AT in each one, all coalitioned with each other. It's very lively and the most active out there by far.
And the fact that theres so many people involved means your very likely to find a team.
As for people you should look out for, well it's against the rules to say i think, but if you give me a PM i might tell you
ok cool thanks who is the leader of this SG so i could contact and ask also er what are the PVP zones, i know Siren call is one any other?
PvP zones are places where People from City Of Heroes and City Of Villians can fight each other. Theres:
Sirens Call
Warburg
Bloody Bay
But in Warburg, Heroes and villains can fight one another as well. They all have level restrictions.
Now as for who to contact, it depends on what AT you have, bcuz that determines what SG you will join.
ok im a lvl 34 blaster. hmmm all these places.. don't even know where some one my lvl should be anymore feel like im starting all over again lol
Ok, you need to ask the Precision Rangers (theyre the one with the ridicously huge thread with 890 odd pages called Rangers, AWAY!!) Thats a very popular SG, but if you ask nicely, theyll surely have space for you within it or their alternate SG The Alt Rangers.
Welcome CaptainUK! There are a few of us refugees from the US servers knocking about. I have to say I have found the EU servers to have less of the rude/boorish behaviour that you seem to have experienced in the US, and I for one am glad I made the move over.
Alot has changed in the game over the last few issues. I would advise you to check out the threads on this forum about enhancement diversification (ED), which radically changeed optimal slotting in your powers. If your Blaster is on a pre-ED setup you will not be getting the most out of him.
Since you are lvl34 you might want to check out Croatoa, which you can get to via the Greenline railway.
There is also the new global chat facility to get used to, it's really great for tracking which alts your mates are playing.
And if you are into collecting badges I recommend the Union Badgehunters chat channel, where organised badge hunts are advertised. You can join the chanel by right clicking on you chat window, hitting add channel and add "union badgehunters".
cheers
Welcome to Union!
As stated above, ED is the thing you'll have to adjust to most. Related article

G-Force
Welcome to Union.
I just wanted to say hi to the sever and everything, make myself known. I got the game when it came out on US sever only got to lvl 34 and stopped playing, one thing i disliked was of course the time differences, being in the UK whenever i played it was hard to find much people to group with. So after more than a year break, on and off i decided to come back to CoH hoping to enjoy it and most of all this sever.
So honestly what is this sever like? are there decent enough players around to group with i hated the sever i was on before due to the constant rudeness and silly behaviour of people...
Also another reason i left justice US sever was because i could never find a good, large and active SG... anyone able to point me in the right direction
