Well i'm level 50 and only plan on fighting in the arena so not bothered about what level I take it.

O yeah, sorry about that, I wanted Soul Drain instead of Dark Consumption, picked that by mistake. Apologies.
24 seems like an okay level, he is already 50 and if he exemps down to bloody bay level he'll at least have integration, if you plan on exemping lower than level 24 then you should take integration earlier, if not its fine as it is.
Soul Drain sucks in PvP, it the tohitbuff and damage buff is minor for just one target it thrives on hitting lots of mobs for a substantial buff, it is nothing compared to build up, I'd suggest leaving it out and taking something more useful in PvP.
To the OP, if your going for PvP i'd suggest going body mastery, the tohitbuff is very good, and res to tohitdebuff is excellent to, I'd suggest getting FA so you can hit through thos debuffs, and no need for petrifying gaze. You have damage and ToF for status effect.
Ever considered getting whirlwind? the long animation of shadow maul can be deadly in PvP try getting whirlwind so that your not rooted in the same spot and can fire off attacks while moving and wihout risk.
I'd suggest dropping weave and getting whirlwind, the defence bonus from weave is minor, whirlwind is way more useful.
Waste of time slotting CJ for defence buff jump height would be better. Try 2 jump heights in CJ and 3 jumps in hurdle combine that with superspeed and whirlwind you will have on incredible PvP movement.
As for power choices and slotting, they look great nice build mate

Yeah I had heard about the crappiness of Weave and was a bit weary of that.
As for Whirlwind, it's something to consider.
And for epic, then gah!i'm getting more and more confused about what i'm going to pick, but thanks very much for your opinions....
For some regen tips you can look at THIS post, where the whole Scrapapocalypse gave tips for a regen pvp build.
Afaik Focused Accuracy is much better than a poor holding power in PvP, Resilience is worth having cos of all the nrg meleers out there(Total Focus and Stun with Power Boost are something like 40 seconds of stun)but it's not worth enhancing for dmg res IMO as the gain is minimal.
The best DPS is achieved by slotting 2 acc, 3 dmg and a rec rdx; being a PvP build I'd suggest you slot your attacks that way( Result of a test, can't remember who made this but it's been posted a little while ago in these forums, keep in mind that you'll have to look at the highest lvl mob as the accuracy in PvP is a lot lower than in PvE)
