On a seperate note, i did hear that the body of a Ice/Energy Dominator was found, intial reports indicate that he was slaughtered by a rather handsome Peacebringer in Siren's Call just before Christmas. They brought him back to life and found out that he was to chicken to accept a rematch that was offered his way. just incase anyone was intrested i think his name was Winter the Cack

and yes i will get a Mic at some point in the near future.

Well, I7 is here (give or take an hour or two), so a couple of things:

1) Well done everyone for doing the treble on the GMs last night. Would be a damn sight harder under I7 rules.

2) Can you say 8 man 40+team tonight? Good, I thought you could. I'm going to try to escape from work asap, and will probably not spend more than 3 hours sorting out new costumes, so will be around all evening after that for fun, frollics and fiascos.

Obviously I´d have made a last minute comeback and stolen the first 50 from you, but unfortuantly I´m stuck here in Spain binge drinking and whatnot, so couldn´t make it.

I´m currently typing on an internet cafe keyboard that cunningly has had the y and z keys swapped, killing a few minutes before going out on some sort of cocktail based lunacy in the costa brava. I´ll be back on Tuesday evening/ Wednesday morning, asuming mz liver doesn´t give in before then.

First of all, just wanted to say Gratz to Ree on getting her first Corruptor to 50 =D

Second of all, it's in the welcome message, but hopefully the 'Civil War' arena event will be organised soon. I'm trying to gauge interest in order to sort something out for next weekend (probably the evening of sunday 17th), and i know at least a couple of you are interested already.

Basically, it'll at least be one set-level (probably 25/30) free-for-all between all competitors. Winners of the match will likely receive infamy or badge rewards, unless they're leaders, in which case we just win 'respect' i suppose :P That's the basics anyway, we can always sort different types of competition out when we're actually altogether in the arena.

Work is crazy busy at the moment, hence why i havnt been on all that much. And the other reason is the weather, I've been invited to a beach party on Sunday night but if the weather is naff then obviously a beach party isnt possiable.

Now if you'll excuse me I need to go and buy the worst looking Hawaiian shirt i can find.

As I said in Coaltion Chat in the small hours of the morning. I'm taking a break from CoH/V. This break is planned to be a least a month long (If not more).

My plan is to return in a month or at the launch of i9 (what ever is first).

I've been playing CoH/V for nearly 24 months without a break so I feel that this self imposed exclusion from the game is more than warrented. Like I said I do plan on returning, but, if I dont then I would like to extend a warm 'Thank You' to: The surving members of 'The Usual Suspects' SG, the members of 'The House of Counted Shadows' VG, the 'Shades Of Vengence' SG, everyone on my Global friends list and all those who have had the pleasure or misfortune of teaming with one of my numerious alts (perspective is important ).

I hope all those who continue to play this game keep it what it is... A shed load of fun.

Have fun all and I'll see you in a few months. (If not before)
