The level cap is currently 40, and we dont know much about the additional powers that will come when the cap is raised, So I'd suggest planning a build only up to L40.

Right, I'll wade in again shall I

Level of Build
Villains only goes up to L40. Slot and choose powers according to this.

Power Choices
- Two travel powers? Viable sometimes I'm sure, but you're sacrificing access to your primary and secondary powers to do so. If you want the Stealth/SS attempt then just stick to that. I'd suggest dropping the SS line - in PvE you don't need the invisibility when you have PFF to fall back on.
- No heal until post-20 (which doesn't exist in game yet!). You can't rely on Prot Bots to do the healing for you, especially if they're not slotted to do so. Move Repair down to 18 and consider getting Aid Other into your build. Slot Repair for 3x RchgRdx and Aid Other for a mix of Rchg Rdx and Heal.
- Maneuvers. Take it if you really, really want the miniscule defense percentage it grants but certainly don't slot for anything beyond one or two EndRdx. I'd recommend dropping it - you have Assault and Tactics (the important ones!)

Slotting Choices
- Don't slot for more than three of the same type of enhancement in any power. The fourth (in most cases) on gives a paltry 5% boost.
- Bump Battle Drones to a 3/3 slotting.
- Slot Force Bolt as 2x Acc. It doesn't need anything else!
- Change one of the Def to EndRdx in Insulation and Defelection.
- I seldom find the need to slot for more than one or two EndRdx in a power. Consider the same.
- Consider adding an EndRdx to Prot Bots post-L32 as their multitude of abilities will drain them dry. Consider slotting a little for Health (post-L6) and Disorient (post-L32).
- Upgrade Robot has a horrendous recharge, so 3x RchgRdx is almost a must.

Hope this helps!

K I'll stick my oar in as well.

Dont plan over lvl 40 yet.

Enhancements - dont slot more than 3 of the same in the same power.

Power choices:

Get repair at 18 and slot it for 3 recharge.
Stealth isnt really worth it as in PVP most people will see through it and in PVE you pets will take aggro and you will have PFF later on. I would get assult or manuvers or maybe aid other at lvl 10.
Prot Bots I would change the slotting as they are more usefull keeping people stunned and bots healed. Mine are currently 1 Acc 1 DefBuff 2 Heal 1 Dam 1 Dis.
Lose hasten as you dont need it unless you really want 2 travel powers and SS isnt that great with pets as they will follow if you have them summoned.
Aid self is usefull as your bots dont heal you.
Resucitate is good if you team a lot as you have a power button which a lot of other healers dont.
Grant invis is only good if you team.

I have a build that is similar to the one yours would be if you take the above advice and you can come and watch me do a mission if you want to see how effective it is G Chat is @Dr E Genius

Force Bolt has waaaaay too many recharge slots. 2 acc and 1 recharge is plenty, perhaps an end reducer if you have trouble (I know I do).

Battle drones could possibly do with another acc slot, since they fight a few levels below you.

PFF needs 2 or 3 defbuffs to be really reliable. You could get them from the extra end reducers in assault perhaps?

Personally, I like to take photon grenades, since the stun from those stacks nicely with that of the probots when they're upgraded. If I calculate right, you can lay down about 7 magnitudes of stun if you're really lucks - the seeker drones and photon grenades from the probots and another photon grenade (or repulsion bomb thing) from you. Of course, you'd have to be really luck to get this, but still...
