Well as more and more sgs become established and there bases developed I think having a list of those willing/wanting to take part in instant bases raids may be a good idea. It will make finding sg's that want to take part in this sort of thing much easier.

E.V.I.L. is instant base raid ready (we have a raid teleporter and anchors). If you fancy having an instant raid against us then send me a tell (normally on as Max Khaos or Gutts) or an email and I see what I can do.

You have any good plan regarding base-items? not many SGs want their base-items destroyed for a practice raid.. maybe we can work around that somehow

since you guys all seem to be union based, might be an idea to make this a Union base raids thread and will start a Defiant base raids one. Saves confusion in long run.

I was under the impression that any item damage that happens in an instant raid is "automagically" fixed at the end of the raid.

Can anybody confirm (looks meaningfully at Bridger)

Insta-raids - Your base is reset after the raid
IOP-raids - Your base is in whatever state the raid leaves it in....smoking ruins quite probably.

That's correct - damage caused during instant raids should be repaired automatically at the end of the raid.

Instant raids are 'practise runs', as you can't actually win or lose an IoP, so the damage they cause isn't permanent.

Yes. Items are replaced. So no overall damage. HOWEVER, atm its bugged.

Recommendation is:
Have more than 2 anchors but NO MORE than 4 anchors. More than 4, and peeps items are not being replaced correctly, and ultimately people are losing them.

May i suggest you join 'Union Leaders' instead to minimize coalition-spams. This is a perfect example for when and how this channel comes in good use. Max (E.V.I.L.) are already a member of it, and many others, so its easier to get in touch with another SG that wants to join in on a intant raid.

Andy, has this been confirmed mate? We've been running 6 but in the 5 raids we've entertained they've not managed to blow anything up yet... So I can't confirm one way or the other....

Kinda important we know for sure - I'm reducing anchor numbers as a precaution.

Bridger could we get a confirmation one way or the other - not asking for a fix (I'm a realist ) right now but just to know it IS or IS NOT a problem would be lovely.

Just to clarify, as I understand it the bug was related to base building, not instant raids.

I thought it had been fixed in the last patch, but there now appears to be a chance that it wasn#t. I have our QA team looking into it, and will let you know more as soon as I can.

As I understand it, the bug could be triggered when changing the number of IoP mounts in your base. Until I can confirm whether or not it's been fixed, if you're concerned, you should be able to avoid the problem entirely by not adding, removing or moving any IoP mounts.
