Slotting speed boost
Slot it with endurance modifiers. One is fine but three is wonderful. Anything else gets a bit pointless.
No, adding recharge reduction thingies will just make speed boost come back faster, not increase the buffed person's attack speed.
Yeah got mine triple slotted, means folks I team with can mash their powers and not ever worry about end.
3 slotted EndMod, with Transference, it pretty much equalizes Empathy's Recovery Aura.

I think it is the same as Recovery Aura without Transference. IIRC RA ( for defenders ) is about 1.25. Speed Boost ( for defenders ) is about 0.9, so for Corruptors it will be about 0.675, so 3 slotted will be about 1.31.
Edit: I didn't remember correctly the base is 0.97 for defender, 0.73 for corruptors, so you get about 1.41, however RA for defenders is 1.67, so Speed Boost is less than defender RA but not Controller RA for Corruptors.

Alternatively, 3 slot it with Run Speed and use it only on people you hate in cave maps...

Hehe. I've been surprised at the amount of people that have said no to speed boost recently, even on open maps... No point slotting it even for Stone tanks, it's still fast.

Speed Boost is superb fun and very necessary for my Stone Tanker. But even with Granite on, I have found myself needing to activate Rooted because I was travelling too fast and running right through the groups I was trying to attack!!

Hey if someone doesn't want speed boost that makes my life easier. Trying to pin down the whole team for speed boosting is a pain in the neck, especially as my main job seems to be spamming Fulcrum Shift ( using Siphon Speed and Hasten ) and draining bosses with Transference.

You get some people that can't handle the speed and refuse it. Although on the heroes side I haven't hit 20 so people don't have stamina and they're still addicted to it. And I've had Villain teams completely refuse it. To me it seems mad though. You can attack faster & you get stamina back quicker. I'd kill for my Siphon Speed to be that effective!!
Certainly I've seen (and been responsible for) team wipes because you pulled an extra group thru a combo of lag (dial-up & hyperspeed FTW) and high speed running. (Tunnels map of course)
It's annoying in tunnels for sure though. Of course everything is annoying in tunnels. Tunnels are just annoying full stop. Down with Tunnels!!!

Yeah seem to find that 30+ villain teams will kill for speed boost all time
Just got this on my /kin and im wondering, which enchances will effect the recipient of the boost. End Mods presumably do but will +recharge only increase the rate speed boost itself recharges?
