From the 'hall' where you start, at the cellblock side there is a stairway leading up. Follow that stairway to the top floor, then turn around and run to the far side cell. Go in and admire the shiny badge

Once hero/villain transfere is enabled, yes. Any hero that becomes a villain and has the "Warden" badge, it changes to "Cruel Warden".

Does anyone know if there is a badge in Breakout (like in Outbreak for CoH where you had to kill 100 contaminated)? Just wondering...
