Frostro is still about...not playing him much though as I'm usually busy levelling villains atm.
Arms does make it out very occasionally.

I've just rolled a Ice/Nrg Tank as well. Has Frosty got any tips for me?
Kris Kringle now at 23 but not played since August , he's ice/ice. Seeing as i can't remember how he played before I6 prob won't make much of a difference to me as ill have to learn him again anyway and after reading this will have to get him out and respec'd tonight
Any Ice/Ice tips will be appreciated.

Chilling embrace is godlike but apart from that...expect pain for the first 20 levels

Its all about the ice patch!!
Be lost without ice patch and with 3 DO's on recharge it appears back right as the last 1 expires
Had a go last night and it still seems fun to play , can't wait for the SO's though for the extra protection as i was till taking some heavy punishment , thank god for nice Empaths.
I got 2 recharge SOs on patch, and I can have 1 perma and 2 at a time for bout 5 secs or so. Though EM ice tanks cant get ice patch, so for those.. get chilling embrace, love it.
I didnt have problems for first 20 lvls with duke.. but then again, that was I4, where tanks used to be TANKs.

I have an Ice/Ice - unfortunately, I keep changing the character concept and re-rolling him, so he's only a baby at the moment...
i got an ice/ice, talk about make a good tank straight from the cradle, i love it! and with i7 scaleable defence coming OMG!! with 900+ hours on my invuln i still get excited and have fun!

My Ice/Ice tank still comes out every now and then, can still tank 
The 1st character I created was an ice/ice tank, only level as I don't play him very often
