anyone care to take a peek at a nrg/nrg build?
Power Thrust should have an Acc. ALL attacks powers should have 1 Acc for PvE and an extra Acc for PvP; AFAICT.
Recall Friends useful; but on a Blaster you're gonna be the first one dead most of the time It can be used well by Stealthing past people and TP'ing them in.
Get Aim/Buildup ASAP. Love them
Three Travel Powers seems a bit wasteful.
You shouldn't need 2 Melee attacks and 3 ranged, try to stick to Ranged (And take Explosive Blast) or Melee and only take 1 or 2 Ranged.
Invisibility really only take an EndRec, Buffs and Hastens make little to no difference.
I'd add in a Disorient Duration to Total Focus.
Repulsion field doesn't take ACC.
T.I. might need an End/rec.
Oh and Force of Nature..
Lose all but 1 endrec and recharge for 2 instead.
Def buffs are daft on a power that makes you invinvible as standard, and the endrec's FEED you endurance rather than stop the drain.
Teleport really only needs a few range/endrecs in. I tend to get by with one of each.
Apart from that, nice build and understanding of what you can do

Tell me about it, works christmas do has a lot to answer for at the moment. What on earth possessed me to glug wine like pop for 4 hours in the afternoon I have no idea.
I don't even have a christmas party for an excuse. This was pure unadulterated self infliction. I really should have learnt by now not to mix beer and wine.

Righto, i'm feeling better after a bacon sarnie and lots of liquid.
Just a few pointers here.
1) Power thrust should have 2 or 3 accuracies in it. This is a great auto power (hold ctrl and click the power to make it 'auto'. A green circle will appear around it) for when things get too close. As nrg/nrg slotting for knockback is fairly pointless, especially with power boost.
2)Get aim and build up as soon as possible. You want to be maximising your damage output early.
3)Really is no point having 3 travel powers. Pick one, use it, see if you like it. If not, do a respec and try another. As a blaster hover is very handy. Personally i use super jump as it gives access to acrobatics, and just have hover from the flight pool.
4)Slot all attacks with 2 accuracies. This way you should be hitting +3s regularly. Although last night on a mission with 53's i was missing far too often for my liking. Might start 3 slotting accuracy. However, if you plan on going in for pvp, 2 accuracies are a must.
5) There is no 5.
6)No point slotting endurance reduction on Nova. It drains all endurance on a successful hit of a mob group.
Hopefully that helps somewhat.
Try to work in stamina as close to 20 as you can, and 3 slot it, it really helps and will allow you to put recharge reducers into powers, rather than end reducers. You seem to have taken a whole bunch of travel powers, so take some of them away when you decide what you want.
If you want to PvP, you'll need 2 acc. in your attacks.

ok, first i would just like to say thank you for your feedback, ive used most of the advice, some things i wasnt aware of and some things that are apparently neccesary to survive.
here are the changes:
the need for 2 acc slots means that i cant have enough for the 2 endreds, so ive taken up stamina.
ive lost SS, Hasten and Conserve power powers to room stamina. SS was taken for fun :P
all attacks except nova and power thrust slotted 3dmg 2acc 1recharge red.
ive still got 2 travel powers, fly and tp, i find them both usefull as they are totally different and fulfill different needs, the need to get a sandwich while moving to a mish and the need to get somewhere quickly(one is attention demanding and quick, others slow and safe..)
progress has been set for early levels to get the basic attacks, by 20 have max damage output(build up and aim) by 24 have stamina so end isnt a prob, by 30 have even more power and invis for sneaking around and recalling friends

Certainly looking better.
A couple of points - with stamina you won't need an end reduction in flight.
Conserve power is a very good power. For the 60 seconds or however long it is, you can effectively unleash as many powers as you possibly can. It's also very good to use before a Nova. This way, after ur endurance is drained, pop a blue pill and you can carry on fighting or go invis or whatever as all your powers cost less to activate. Then the end ban ends and the blue bar will start to fill again.
You'd also be amazed at the difference in run speed when you 3 slot swift.
If you are going to use hover when attacking, no flight speeds make it really slow. Even with power boost. (which incidentally if you weren't sure, boosts flight speed aswell as numerous other secondary effects - disorient duration, hold duration, damage resistance etc)

i forgot about stamina when i slotted fly, although tp being an end hog i figure it would be nice with some endred on it.
my biggest problem(besides getting a whole zepelin of xp) seems to be to make room for conserve power, sacrifices must be made!
You can probably get by without CP. Personally i prefer to have it.
And as for tp, if you slot for range, less travel hops means less endurance.
Just checked out the slotting for TP...you can probably free up quite a few slots there.
2 range and 1 end redx should be quite nifty, or even just 2 range and powerboost.
Best thing to do is try some different combination on the test server or find someone or a thread somewhere with optimum tp slotting.
get boost range from your secondaries and you wont have to worry about Range enh's in TP.
I cope without Stamina on my NRG/NRG build, i slot all my prime attacks with 1-2 endreds, then have hasten and CP for when things get heavy. works fine. Thisd free u 2 more powers. and id highly recommend both Power Push and Boost Range.

I concur with Shny. Boost range and power push are great. Missing power push after a respec. Roll on recurring respec tfs or the next issue and a possible free one.
As for stamina. Its certainly viable to build without as Shynet is good proof of.
ok, one question about not having stamina, if you've slotted 2 endred into all attacks, and 2 acc is neccesary for pvp, then you end up with 2 damage slots, isnt that a loss of about 10-20%? i cant really say im sure about that figure so i am bound to get corrected
I'd say it's a lot higher...Always have 3 Damage for a serious attack. 3 SO's is 96%, so quick maths makes it morelike 33% loss.
Another alternative is to have 3, 2end red and 1 acc then use aim and build up as often as possible. Alternatively stick a tohitbuff or 2 aswell as 3 recharge in aim and build up, use with hasten and have 4 damage and 2 end red in attacks....or 3 damage 2 end red and 1 rech. The tohitbuffs from aim and build up will give you the accuracy, but you need them available as much as possible. Combined with powerboost its quite deadly.
I'm thinking of going down this route.

ive done alot of reading around and it appears that more then 3 of the same kind of slots dont make a good enough difference and 2 end red on all attackes makes up for not having stamina, also some slots might need skifting around as i have no idea where to put some of them...
OH! and maybe the order of some of the early powers?
