There is big lack of content at the 30-40 range. However, if you haven't yet, you could try getting gangbuster and hammer down badges, both unlock a new contact.

Well I managed to take down Scrapyard with the help of a few other helpfull villains,and was awarded the HammerDown badge,which means that you get Crimson Revant,an lvl 30-35 contact in nerva,its ok,I think he gives the mynx mission,but still,I think 30-5,ore ven 30-40 needs way more content.
But for the time being I got another contact again yay,and only 1 lvl to 35 when I get 7 new ones
I thought at around L32/33 I'd completed all of my contacts but I'd actually missed picking one up.
If I were you I'd do a sweep of earlir contacts to see if any will give any more missions.
Already did,even completed the specail one by now 
still 7 bars to go to 35..
Nip into warburg and run a few missions there Or start getting all those contacts in st martials ready for that ding.

But I had A GREAT team yesterday dinged 5 bars and got the 6th this morning by doing 3 pvp missions,and I dinged 35
Is it now I am supposed to say it only gets harder? I'm saving all the mishes I got from lvl 35 to when I hit 38, because they're not enough... 
Well,I'm still on the first lvl 35 contact and I already had 2 av maps,1 of which is inferal,with 3 teams we could'nt beat him.Ranked up 28000 debt so far already
Why on earth is my lvl 33 Brute completly out of contacts up until lvl 35
What did I do wrong ?
