Feedback on my spines/regen BB build
You don't take Spine Burst for PvP other than that it looks ok, though I'd go with Haste and SS instead of leaping.

Jack, I'm building a Spines/Regen too. Did you find that you picked up travel powers relatively late in your build? I have found the flexability in the build quiet limited. For example; I'm nearly 16 so I want Integration, 18 will be Quills, 20 will be Stamina and 22 might be going back for Dull Pain or another attack if one is unlocked then. If so I might be a pedestrian until lvl 26 or 28!
So Hobo, you're telling me to swap CJ and SJ for hasten and SS? Yeah that sounds ok, but what should I replace spine burst with? If I only have 3 attacks can I run an attack chain?

Animal - Yes it's very tight, but I always go for Travel powers quick, thing I normally put off till late is Resilience or Quills (I don't actually have Quills in my build at the moment).
Avenger - You'd be better off with Barb Swipe to be honest, which is terrible, but if I were to drop Spine Burst I'd go into either Leadership for the +perception (means dropping Stealth too) or Fighting for Toughness (Also means dropping Stealth).
Leadership would be better. BTW I wouldn't reccomend a Spines Scrapper at Bloody Bay, all you ever do is Impale and Lunge and that's just poo. Better off in Sirens or Warburg.

I'd forget Stealth for PvP nowadays, since everyones involved in an arms race to get the most +Perception possible.
I'd forget Stealth, get Invis and Grant invis instead. You can still stay out of the way better with Invis than without it. But a Spines Scrapper doing so? PAH!
