you chan chage your powers about only not the power sets so if you a ninja/dark your still gonna be a ninja/dark. The respec lets you rechose your power sets so if you got a pwer you hate you can get rid of it and chose another one it also lets you move slots about as well.
You can change any pool power sets aswell, so if you took teleport and didn't like it you could change to take Super Jump instead.
Worth finding a hero builder program to check what you want to spec out otherwise you'll either spend ages stood about in game trying to get just right or risk messing up your character.
The respec basically wipes all your powers and lets you go through the levelling up process without doing all the missions inbetween.

Hi all im currently looking for a respec group im lvl 31MM and also looking on some advice when actually changing my template can existing powers be dropped to take others or can i not drop skils already learned in a power set ?
