Have u checked Achievement badges?
My troller got Forward Observer badge for pvp rep=100 and Disruptor for pvp rep=400. Anyway no badge for pvp rep=200.
If this is what u are speaking about 'pvp reputation' badges, maybe u are speaking about something else....
The badges which say they are for PvP rep aren't. They are actually for doing missions in PvP zones. I have about three "PvP Reputation" badges and the only PvP I've engaged in involved being one-shotted by a stalker in the safe zone and the guy who attacked me running away after I hit him once. My reputation is zero, and if it ever moves I'll be amazed.
If there are badges for PvP rep, you may have better luck finding out about them, either in Player Questions or PvP and Arena.

The badges are for 'Arrests' not the rep you achieve
Spider Smasher, Man in Black are kill 100 of a certain monster.
Disruptor can be acheived by doing certain PvP missions (one of each maybe?) or getting 400 rep. Forward Observer is gained by doing a Patrol Mission or getting 100 rep.
The only way for a lvl 40+ to get the Forward Observer badge is by doing PvP.
Risk Taker etc. badges are gained by doing x amount of PvP missions. I exemped down and helped lots of people to gain the two I have (I got the 2nd badge the mission after I got the first).
Thx for feedback. Archie Polyp already had the 3 pvp zone badges from missions. I guess having two ways (rep or missions)to get each badge will please badge-collectors who have no interest in pvp. Certainly my lvl50 badge-collector main Tornado Tex will have a struggle even making 100rep - he's a lover not a fighter :-)
btw my not so live-and-let-live minded pb Archie Polyp logged on this evening to find his 200 rep reset to 0.0. Evidence of Lord Recluse controlling the media perhaps?...

Beaut. Just got back from vill patrol. Anyone any idea if there are badges for REP? With help from loads of dedicated pvp diggers I've managed to get my rep over 200 - no badges so far - but thx for all the team ups out there. Good onya.
