It sure has been a quiet month once again for the GoEH. As its the final week of uni for me, you'll soon be seeing a lot more of me in game...well up until I get a proper job...
Hmmm...but then again I might languish in jobless obscuredom for a month or so whilst attempting to resuscitate what is the remnants of our beloved Guild.
I'm seeing a lot of low level alts not being used for quite sometime. Therefore come June, I'll be relieving some space for more active heroes/heroines. The academy is still up and running, so if you do have any lower end alts that you don't use as often, inform me so can place them into the Academy instead. I have two alts in there ( Terrax lvl34 PB and Aqua Maelstrom lvl10 Nrg/Nrg Blaster) and most definately will be looking to get them lvl'd throughout the summer. However my main priority will be Gabriel Knight and the other heroes I have in GoEH.
Prestige will also be high on the agenda during this summer. So all heroes playing please make sure you have yourself in SG mode. Those worrying about Influence for Enhancements please don't hesitate to ask for an inf boost from myself. Would love to upgrade our plot and put in more functioning rooms for us to use.
I may not have been on for a while, but drop me an email (ingame or captain_solaris@hotmail.co.uk) if you have any questions, need a hand or wanting to put a new hero into the Guild/Academy. I'll reply pretty much straight away once I've read it (unless you're Spec, where then I'll have to sacrifice two lambs and a cow to lift any curse he's imposed to all who read it...I tell thee, ever since he's set up shop on CoV, its turned him darker than he was before).
Plans are afoot to organise an eventual meet up this summer, with interest from a good number of GoEH'ers. The month I'd be looking to organise one would be mid-July and somewhere close for everyone wanting to come. At the moment I think I'm the most northern living just outside of Middlesbrough and most southern member is nearabouts London village. If that's the case, then most possibly Sheffield or even Nottingham meetup would be most accessible. Any thoughts feel free to voice them here.
I'm aware of our foriegn contingent who may be interested (mainly from Scandanavia). So if they decide to either get a ferry or flight to Newcastle (about 45mins drive away), I have no problems in picking them up and driving down from there.

Also, to add to that, once I7 is up and running on live i will be starting a few events.(some weekly, and open to all) For example:
The return of "AV Thursday" -and- GM Hunts!
Then i also have some "new" monthly events currently in planning, including:
CoH Treasure Hunt -and- "Themed" Costume Compo's (both INF depending 
)
Was also toying with the idea of a regular Arena event using a League Table / LvL Classes / Champ Titles ect, but will see how things go.

i really need that respec too, as my chars stand at the moment, facing any AV after I7 without respecing would be bad......very bad......faceplantingly bad
Schro could probably cope with an AV, just about, on a good team, with some luck. She's not horribly gimped, just lacking in something called an attack cycle

If you're looking for respec, think Real McCoy (aka Mazimba) is need to do the lvl24 respec. Should be able to help out soon, but not until after this week I don't think.

Morning all!
How's everyone enjoying the new issue? Well I've just logged onto i7 for the first time today.
I've placed some Enhancements and Inspiration Storages in the base. The Inspirations are for all, however Enhancements that are lvl50+, please ask the one who placed it in there if you can have it before taking. If you do not wish to give Enhancements away, however wish to store some, please inform Blizzaria or myself so can place a notice on the SG MsgoTD/SG Descrp.
I see that free respecs are still not available and a few bugs that still need to be ironed out. There, the AV events have been postponed until further notice.
I'd like to give out a bit more responsibility to regular members if possible. So those wishing to take a more active part in running the SG say co and will bump you up to Council lvl which will you almost the same privilages as Blizzaria and Capt does.
Remeber Prestige is paramount! Those lvl30 and below, please keep yourself in SG mode and if you require influence, I'm available to distribute some. (most possibly from my Influence achieving alt, Eternal Light who has currently about 20mil inf atm).
Come next week, I should have more activity in CoH and will be looking to re-vitalise our SG.

In a bid to clear up some room for new heroes, I'm proposing moving all our active active Lvl50s to another sister SG. It'll be an open SG with maximum privilages to all and I'll be placing Earth and hopefully soon, Gabriel Knight.
What I proposing is the following:
Lvl50 SG: All heroes that achieve lvl50 are placed into this SG.
Guild of Extreme Heroes The main SG where your main hero shall be kept, along with any higher lvl alts (lvl30-49) or alts that are played regularly (ie: lvl1-30 alts that are played constantly and intended to be lvl'd fully).
Academy of Extreme Heroes Lvl1-30 alts and minor heroes that are played every so often.
I haven't come up for a name for it yet. But maybe you can bombard me with some ideas.
