Haven't been on since last weekend, so unfortunately can't answer that. That is a strange one. Either someone's accidently removed you when you were on or may have been some glitch on the game. Other than that haven't got the foggiest. :/
OR...everyone's quit the channel! :'( ...its unlikely though, last was on there was quite a few people on it at the time.

I believe the steel canyon note refers to the fact that you can no longer fly over the war walls, then under the zone, and into the university. (Not to mention the fact that while under steel, you could fire at mobs without them being able to shoot back, thus earning riks-free XP on any L10-20 char with flight)
As for FF and Croatoa, no idea.

Good to see Femme Fatales celebrating their 2nd Birthday on CoX! I think we're slightly older by a few days as Guild of Extreme Heroes was created around the time I activated my forum account.
On other news, I received an email from Ekallo and saying he's returned to the game. Lets hope he gets 50 this time around! Also if you're reading this mate, sned either Blizzaria, MaXimillion or Cynic (SchrodingersCat) about getting an invite back to the GoEH. Would love you to put your toon back into GoEH (since we removed any unused non-lvl50 toons from the SG).

Good news about Ekallo,(i am back from a short hiatus ,and just got told that my not so lil monsters were using my toons the past two weeks, so dreading logging in!)

I'm splitting my time between CoH/V and DDO until the 22nd of March when I'd actually have to start paying for DDO. But I will be around. Probably more at the weekends than any other time. Oh and obviously on Tuesday evenings for my Mind/Kin thing

Well I was able to get almost 3 levels done today which makes me just a little bit off from 48. I'll be 50 in no time.
I'm still clueless when it comes to anything that doesn't involve killing stuff though, lots of things have changed. Last time I was playing was before Issue 4.
They always come back...crawling 
Well, the biggest difference is that more than 3 of the same enhancement type in one power are practically useless. So no more 5/6-slotting damage, perma-hasten, or 6-slotted stamina.
Broad Sword/Regen really isn't what it used to be. Instant healing not a toggle anymore is scary.
I also found out they changed how giant monsters work when I tried to solo Lusca, that didn't end well.
I guess my days of soloing giant monsters and archvillans are over.

Kidding mate, always remember the first time you solo'd Lusca. Kept trying to emulate you with Capt...but to very disasterous consequences! :P

You should still be able to solo (some) AV's, just grab a shivan from bloody bay first.
Besides, unless you're on invincible, AV's scale down to EB's nowdays.

I meant by scrappers, I think an Ill/Rad could still take down most if not all solo yeah.
Still, that was fun. Of course in the olden days we'd have taken him down much faster

Makes me want to roll out an Ill/Rad just for the hell of it!
Since I've got too many scrappers, think I should've made Gabriel Knight Ill/Rad and Alouqua BS/Regen! Bleh! :P But again can't be too greedy with Capt already being Rad. [edit]...actually thinking about it now, think I actually prefer the hacking and slicing, I'll leave the controlling stuff to Alou! I do enough buffing as it is with Capt!
Just got back from lunch and purchased myself my new graphics card from a friend, so hopefully after work, I should be in game by tonight.

I'd tried Rad controllers a few times, the Rad powers come too slowly, I cant wait that long for that green debuffing goodness.
I dont think MaX or I were in any great risk during the fight, damage took a long time to tick away on him though but an Ill/rad should be able to take down Jurrasik at least

How annoying,
After anticipating Vista's release, now that I have it I can't get on to CoX!
Upgraded my RAM to 2Gb, however my graphics card is a measly GeForce PCX5300 (basically my onboard graphics card that came with the motherboard I bought 3 years ago)!! Can't afford to upgrade my graphics card until the end of the month (pay day), so looks like I won't be on the game for the rest of the month!
Anyone out there able to provide graphics card recommendations for the £50 - £125 price range? Basically want powerful, yet uber cheap!
