As I haven't reached 32 yet, I'm not fully sure how the slotting will end.
At 31, I have 3 damage 2 imob and 1 acc in it and that works fine 
Thinking at 32 to get rid of one of the imob and maybe add a fear instead... but as I say, the lich is hard as he has SO many abilities

I was considering that.. I got life drain as a panic heal
Tar patch is AoE resistance debuff, life drain is a sucky self heal, and you have way better heal already....
