I'll be going for my beta loadout - 1x Acc, 1xDam, 2x Heal, 2x Def
I'd be tempted by Disorient (for Seekers/Photons) post-L32 dependant on how I'm going for healing power.
I use 3dmg 1acc and 2 def. I also have the 3 first powers in leadership pool. It works out great
Well, to be honest, You wont need the healing or defence buffs in them.
Post 32 everything dies SO fast my bots just dont die at all. So mine are just 2 acc 3 damage.

Disorent might be a good thing to put in for PvP, especially if you have other disorient powers, such as the photon grenade gun, and repulsion bomb

Madness has 1 acc / 2 heal / 2 defense / 1 -tohit
i find it works v well with my build..the bots shileds addin to shield generator (traps sec) and leadership as well as the def from combat jumping and the -tohit

Same.. added with Tactics, I can floor a room in seconds with the combined bots now... the protectors are just there as my back up now

Currently lvl27, I have six slots in my prot bots, with a dark secondary. Running first three leadership powers too.
What should I slot my protector bots for? Currently working on the idea that they need 1x ACC (they should get rest from leadership tactics) so I need five slots. In beta I ran with 1 heal and the rest damage. but I have heard that a disorient is good too...
Any ideas?

I have 2 acc, 2 dam, 1 heal and 1 dissorient.
As you have the dark seconday, I would suggest 2acc, 2 dam and 2 dissorient. I tempted to try this as well and see how they differ since a dissoriented enemy don't hit you. 
Cool mind I hope that a non-disoriented enemy won't hit me either as it'll be either dead or hitting a bot
