Coalition Base Entry
Um...what arguments?
What can another SG get from visiting your base?
I'm actually curious as to why being able to see a base should be considered such a major thing. Surely if you're in a coalition, they're your friends, and you don't mind?
Besides, they can't craft in your base... they might be able to use your Teleporters or Hospitals, but that I'm not sure of...
Well, I was in the Cirque base day before last and, being an active bunch of players, they've actually managed to get themselves a power room.
"Wonder what the power crystal descriptions says," thinks I.
So I clicked on it. Looked to me like I could attack it. Pointer was red, I think.
Please, someone tell me I'm wrong, but it might be a reason for keeping some SGs out of your base.
And before someone asks why they're in the coalition in the first place... there are idiots who like to be disruptive the world over. Some of them get into SGs...

The pointer is red on items in your own base too, at least it is for me. So that's nothing to worry about.

I have friends in the coalitions that i'm in, that's the reason why i set up a coalition with them in the first p[ace. However I don't know all their members and of course like Ravenswing said there are some disruptive players in game.
Sometimes you get situation where an individual will be disruptive affecting a greater number of other people. If this would happen in terms of bases, do you disable coalition members from entering your base or break coalition with his SG?
Personally I wouldn't want to disable coalition entries as it will affect a greater number of people. Breaking coalition would mean you will lose the pleasure of freely talking to your actual friends from that SG.
You may say why doesn't that SG discipline that individual or kick them. But that's under their SG leader's discretion. So if their leader is unwilling to discipline them, then I don't see why it will bother them if they lose entry into our base, yet still maintain chat with us.
Some people take pride of their bases and I personally feel its a great privialge for someone to allow us access to their base. Gives a sense of exclusivality.

Along with this, I think it would be a good idea for SG members in their own base to be able to right click non-members and evict them from the base With no re-entry for a time... Same applies to team mates given entry by the team leader.
Just think... Having a nice RP session and some coalition member wanders in, interrupting whatever it is your doing.
"Do you mind?" says I
"Not at all..." says he and listens in
Right click, evict from base, don't let the door hit you on the backside on your way out!
Of course, you can temp disable coalition entry and re-enable it later... But it's quite possible you're waiting for other people in the coalition to turn up and join in...

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Would it be possible in the next issue that we can choose which Coalition SGs can have access to our bases?
I like to see that we've been given the privilage to see an SGs hardwork, therefore return the favour and give them access to see ours. Some SGs are reluctant to show their bases, therefore why should we let them have the privilage of seeing ours?
You may say, why don't you just make it unaccessible to all then. But why should I do that to the SGs that have been courteous enough to give us access to theirs?
Some might say, well why don't you break coalition with them. But why should I break coalition with someone just because they won't show me their base?
I know some SGs don't have the prestige available to them to make a operational base, but still I'm sure they have enough prestige to dec it out a little, then modify it when the prestige does become more available. Regardless of the stae of their base I still wouldn't mind seeing it.
In my own opinion, by allowing us to be a bit more specific in which SGs can see our base, will most likely save arguement in the long run.
