If SF's mean Strike Forces then the first contact is Barracuda in Cap Au Diable lvl Range 15-20, dunno about later ones.

On the subject when i was lvl 15 i had two question marked badges in the Accomp. section, I assume one is Barrcuda's SF, anyone have any idea what the other could be?

tbh i only saw that mage in cap as SF contact.. got any exact loc on barracudda? thought it was part of the lvl 25 SF in sharkhead. O and btw, webbie aint really 100% cov compatible yet
