OK tell me what you think.
You're slotting as per pre-Enhancement Diversification. As a general rule of thumb, no more than 3 enhancements of the same type in a power. Four at the absolute outside.
Only 1 Rchg Rdx in Dark Empowerment? You'll be hurting during your initial upgrade phase - up it to at least 3, if not 4.
You're playing a Mastermind, we do not use that much endurance. Consider dropping the Fitness line (perhaps keep Swift to counteract the slow of Shadow Fall) and slot an End Rdx or two instead.
Consider taking some of the Leadership Pool - especially Assault and Tactics. They're practically must-haves (but not at the expense of your Secondaries) and work much better with MM's than Fitness.
Consider taking Ghost at L18 - he's a very powerful henchman and can turn the tide (he's got a Hold and he's not afraid to spam it).
Villains only currently go up to L40. Plan your slots acordingly.
Just a suggestion, it would be better to have 1 end reduction in flight speed as fly does use a fair bit of endurance, especially after flying across a large map.

Of course you can always spam your bars dry I'm speaking in comparison to other AT's - our primary attacks come from our henchmen who after summoning do not draw on our own endurance bars.
We can afford to even do nothing endurance-draining in a fight as our henchman will still be doing damage. Slot for endurance reduction and you can do without Stamina, meaning you can take more Primary/Secondary powers.
Of course, Stamina is a valid choice of a power, but I'd avoid it as it means I can take more directly useful powers (plus ED means I can use End Rdx where I previously had something else to make up the shortfall).
Just a small point. I always have a preference for Gloom over Dark Blast. The DoT aspect of it is less of a factor with MM's and if you going to heavily slot a blast why not go for one that does more damage?
Another thought. I also intend to get Shadow Fall asap and slot it heavily for Def. Anything that will help buff my pets has got to be of use. I took Assualt for the same reason and will look to pick up Tactics as well later on.
Another interesting power pool option might be the medicine pool - has anyone given this a go yet? As a Necro/Dark MM I don't get a tier two support pet (but what the hey gotta love Grave Knight!) and this would be a more reliable way of healing your pets than relying on Twilight Grasp.
Couple of points about shadowfall.
Firstly, the consensus is that it is better slotted for resistance. This is particularly relevant vs psi enemies.
Secondly, it no longer has a self-slow component, so you don't need to get swift if you don't want to.

So you dont FF your henches then? Dont know about anyone else but upgrading then bubbling my 4 pets + bf takes all my end. Then with tactics and dispersion field I'm not exactly regening fast, as soon as I've got my end back its time to rebubble
A few more slots and a full set of SOs and I'll be fine but until then its going to be exhausting. FWIW I dont plan on putting more than 1 recharge redux in upgrade, I have bubbles to do in between.
My MM is lvl 14 with merc /ff.
Im in the same boat as uyou nancy, by the time ive upgraded and bubbled my henches my end is way down. Its offset a little because i have 1 TO endred in upgrade. plus the fact i always seem to have loads of blue insps, i just hit a couple of them and im ready to go.

The endurance drain during the setup period of a Mastermind (at L32, three summons, 12 upgrades, plus whatever other buffs) is fairly unsurmountable. It'll happen. You need to get to a mission first, or have an understanding team!
During the buffing period (in beta when I was a respectable L33) I ran no toggles, and concentrated on the buffs. Equip Robot was two-slotted, Upgrade Robot was four-slotted. Defl/Insul Shields had no recharges.
I would open by Equipping and Upgrading the Assault Bot. I could then Equip every other robot (that's five more buffs) before Upgrade Robot had recharged. I could then double-bubble almost all the robots again before I got Upgrade Robot recharged. I would be out of End at this point.
However, if I was then waiting for Upgrade Robot so I could top off all my Drones (the Full Auto Laser is great!) I would fully recharge all my endurance before the off. If I wanted to do the remaining Upgrades on the fly I'd just fire off a CaB or two and I'd be ready to run Assault, Tactics and Dispersion Bubble. Plus Group Fly when needed for difficult navigation.
While I appreciate a lot of people will feel they have to take Stamina, I don't see the need with a AT that does not spam out attacks constantly themselves. If you are going to be using a lot of your own Secondary (Dark, Trick, Poison are fairly notorious for this) or the Primary attacks then you may feel the strain.
