Come up with a Robot/Poison Build
My personal method of making a Mastermind...
- Take the summons as soon as you can
- Take the henchman upgrades as son as you can
- Take only the second single-target attack
- Take the Hench Support (Smoke Flash, Repair, Ghost, Serum) power as soon as possible
- Fit in a travel power pre-req at L8
- Fit in the Travel power at L14
- Take Secondary Powers wherever else possible
- If there is no secondary you can or want to take, take Assault, Tactics, or Aid Other instead from the Power Pools.

I'd be really interested in tips on specifically the poison secondary as well - I find the debuffs don't seem to have any noticeable effect, and the lack of a animation to indicate when they're active on a mob makes me look like a lazy team member when I'm really a tactical genius
Any idea which is more efficient, the Leadership buffs or the Poison debuffs?
Combine leadership and poison for the best effect
I have a lvl 11 running bots/toxic atm, i do feel the first debuff is pretty effective (resist/defence debuff), my bots seem to hit a bit easier and harder.
I also have the acc/dmg debuff, wich i realy dont see any noticable effect so far, maybe a extra acc-debuff enh might help a bit.
Also the lack of healers (empath) in CoV the toxic heal power is pretty usefull as supporting class.
