Nobody does. You don't get them by spending influence, you have to earn prestige while in SG mode.
I believe there is (or is going to be) a way to transfer influence into prestige, but the exchange rate will be pretty poor.
50mil will be around 100k and the exchange is already available in atlas park SG registrar..talk about influence nerf lol...
