The best suggestion I can give you is to head over the Technical Issues & Bugs section. However, these forums are going to shut down for heavy-maintenance in just a few hours, so you might not have time to get the in-depth answer they would give you.
Off the top of my head, I'd check to see how recent your Graphics Drivers are. You can get the most recent drivers from the card's designer (likely either Nvidia or ATI) and install them.
Sorry to have such an annoying problem come up at disjointed time. There will be people here more than happy to answer your question when the forums come back up....after up to 72 hrs

You might also try opening the graphics options and adjusting your "3D resolution scaling" all the way to left and slide it slowly back to max. I had a similar problem on an older machine and this fixed it, not sure if it will work for what you're experiencing.
