New motherboard and now game crashes

Video Drivers are over a year old. One of the nVidia gurus would know better, but I seem to recall hearing something about the 177 drivers having trouble.
Here is the link to the 185.85 drivers that many are using with few problems.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Thank you for your response Texas however I did try the 185.85 and the newest ones 190ish drivers as well and had the same results so I uninstalled them and went further back thinking that may have been the issue.
The system specs look good enough that you should be able to run just about all of the graphic settings at Max.
Have you tried scanning with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware? Running MemTest86+?

Was the first motherboard you used as a replacement identical to the original dead board?
If not, did you install the latest chipset drivers from the m/b manufacturer's website before trying out the latest Nvidia drivers?
Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version also downloaded from the manufcaturer's website?

The inicial replacement board was different from the origianal but the exchange was for the same board. I did update the latest chipset however I did not do the bios. Ill give it a try now.

When you put in the initial replacement board, did you just update the chipset drivers for the motherboard or did you do a clean install of Windows onto a new (or freshly formatted) hard drive?

I just updated the chipset. I guess reformatting will be my next task if no better ideas come along but you know what a pain in the @$$ that is so I have been trying to avoid it.
Ok its getting too late. Ill try again another day. Thank you both for all the help you have given me.
Have you monitored the cpu temp to make sure it isn't getting too high? You might not have good enough contact with the heatsink. Not enough thermal paste, too much thermal paste, sink and fan not fully locked down. It's an easy thing to miss and will start causing crashes when it comes under enough load to really heat up. Which of course CoH is excellent at causing.

I have not double checked it since it sometimes happens when I first turn on the computer. That and I can't believe that I messed it up both times I replaced the mother board.
Quick update, when trying to flash the bios I am getting a blue screen saying to check any new hardware and system_service_exception, it only stays up for a few seconds so I dont have time to read it all. I hate technology!

Do a full uninstall of the nvidia video drivers and put the 185.85 drivers on. This will at least eliminate this as an issue so you don't end up with trying to chase multiple bugs.
I also had to update my audio drivers for some reason after I-15 to prevent system lockups. Might have something to do with the new audio effects. Probably not your issue, but it's a thought.
What EXACTLY is the issue. When you say "crash" what does that mean? Is there an error message? If so what does it say? Does the system bluescreen or does just the game crash to desktop?

I am hoping that some of the tech gods can help me out here. About a month ago my motherboard went out and since I replaced it COX has been crashing on me, I have been fighting with it ever since. So far I have exchanged the new motherboard for a different one, tried swapping out the memory, as well as upgraded the power supply and graphics card. I also read through most of the posts here incuding the Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines thread and the Guide: Vista/Win7/Server08 Crash thread and none of it solved my issues. All of my other games run great but COX is crashing about twice an hour. At this point I am at a loss as to what the problem is, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
