That's been happening for awhile.
Not a game-breaking issue, so Devs haven't gotten around to it. If it really bothers you jump. That usually fixes it.

I'm still getting this, but in addition when the walk animation does work it continues to play when I'm jumping so I'm running in the air! 
Anybody else having issues in Dwarf form? My Walk Animation isn't working most of the time, and I just slide about like some glitched phantom.
