It is still very solid. The debuffs work well with the raw damage output of the thugs. Don't be afraid of taking Howling Twilight for the debuff. Sometimes, you can rez teammates, too.

It's great. I softcapped my Thugs/Dark to smash/lethal for extra killing goodness. I also loaded up Gang War with the +def and +res pet IOs, which is giving my minions in the 30s def before all my to-hit debuffs. Fun times!

very very good set mine is soft capped in def with not to many expensive sets. get the pet sets for a +20% res and +10% def and then ur accury debuff means even AV's will miss.

I have a teens MM from years ago, that is Thugs/Dark. We were doing some concept thing of all Thugs/Dark, I think there was some kind of idea to melt the server with Gang War x 8 or some such.
Well, the VG is long gone, but my old char remains, and I was wondering if this set combo is still decent.
I looked for a thread, but haven't really seen any Thug/Dark threads to speak of.
