From what I know of, I don't think you can bind their level/class, but if the bosses of that faction had certain names, like Hellions have "Damned" and Vahz have "Eidolon" then I guess you could target them like that.

Not in this game. You can target by name or general categories (like enemy, pet, ally, etc).

Please excuse me if this is answered somewhere that I didn't look... I just spent 50 mins combing the Wiki and the Forums for this, and can't find it.
