I'll use Snow Storm or Quicksand, but not both at the same time. I could take Stone Prision instead of Snow Storm and take SS later, but I've found that when I was fighting flying clockworks, sometimes, they'd fly over my quicksand trap, and if I was able to hit them with snow storm, they'd have to run right into it. It's an auto hit -fly just in case cages misses. I do find it less used the more I level and may respec out of it at some point. For now, it's just fun hitting a Radier Boss with it and watch the whole group fall into my trap.

I use O2 much more on my /storm MMs, since most of the primary powers are used in between or before battles. That frees my attention much more to dole out the odd heal or Freezing Rain. On a troller, it just feels like there are so many other, more impactful powers I could be throwing out that could turn the tide, not just paddle against the current.
