Oh and a +stealth IO in sprint.
Ok I changed my mind. This is the final build. Could anyone have a look at it? Looking to make it completely optimal as this is the final build.
The 2 slots empty in shout and scream are Javelin proc and a Javelin triple. The empty spot in health is Pancea unique. The empty spots on hiber and hoarfrost are both 5 of the pancea's, obviously no unique. The empty spot in Total focus is Glad Strike Proc.

The two changes I see I would make are dropping power boost for conserve power. The other is I would grab another slot for the shield and put in a steadfast kb io as well. The more overall kb protection you have, the happier you will be.

Thanks. Looks like overall the build will suit me well, going to respec it now. And now that I think about it, with all the grav, mind, and /energy doms running around, I could probably use a couple more -KB IO's.
i honestly would taqke the shield at 44 and put 5 slots in it and take hiber at 49. all you really need in it is 1 rech red in it. take a slot out of boost range and put it in cj and put in the kisnet: +6% for more accuracy. i also didn't take acro in my build but instead picked up bone smasher for more damage. 3 kb io's is all you really need. this isn't pre i13 PvP anymore and acro is only going to eat end on you.
also put in the entire blessing set in both ss and sj and get rid of the extra slots in ss and health and just put in a numina set in or miracle set for more recovery. blasters don't have high enough regen to worry about getting alot of regen. i also 6 slotted power thrust to up the kb a bit more and also got 7.5% rech for having all 6.
I already have a kismet in Frozen Armor. Also, 5 slots in Frozen armor is redundent with DR on isnt it? The most I can get is 13 defense out of it. Also: I would rather have kismet in Frozen Armor than Combat jumping because I dont activate combat jumping every 120 seconds. BOTZ set does virtually nothing thanks to DR defense. I already have more than enough recovery especially for a sonic blaster that isn't really that end heavy.

Alrighty so after trying psy/em..it was good and all... but something felt cool about pvp'ing with the first toon I made so I switched back to the sonic/em and am trying to make a "final build". Something I can slowly work complete over the course of the year...or however long it takes me to make 3bill or so. This is something I came up with real quick, a basis of the powers I want to take.
This is the build I made today...looking for other builds or suggestions or alterations to my build that would make it the best possible, I do zone and team arena mostly.
