Might wanna check the tech forums for suggestions here. I almost never see lag except during high traffic times in AP and even then not often. So yeah not a server issue. Most likely something on your machine or in route to the server.
First thing I would try (if you haven't already) is that Verify All Files button you see when logging on. It doesn't take too long and maybe you have a corrupted file or something...
Then, like they said above, try the tech forums.
I've been having the rubberbanding issue. I'll try the suggestions mentioned here first.

ok, so ever since i15 went live (perhaps a little before or a little after) I have been experiencing some extreme rubberbanding issues. I log in at all time of the day, even at like 4 - 7 AM and still have this issue when barely anyone else is online. So I keep thinking that maybe its my connection, but my other games run smoothly and streaming internet videos are fine as well.
So is this a server problem, are any of you also suffering from this?
PS: I already tried the /sync. I tried spamming /sync and still nothing.
